Our homes are designed with families in mind, offering plenty to keep kids entertained while adults enjoy some well-deserved downtime. From classic board games to arcade favorites and more, there’s no shortage of fun for younger guests. It’s the perfect setup—endless entertainment for the kids, and a chance for the grown-ups to truly relax.
We know pets are part of the family, which is why many of our homes welcome up to two dogs. To keep our spaces comfortable for all guests, we require a pet fee per stay, and we kindly ask that only dogs join you—no other animals are permitted. This way, you can bring your four-legged companions along while we ensure every home stays clean, fresh, and ready for the next adventure.
All of our homes are perfectly located just minutes from the area’s top attractions—whether that means hitting the slopes, strolling along the beach, or exploring the charm of a nearby downtown. You’ll never have to go far to find the best the town has to offer, making it easy to balance adventure and relaxation throughout your stay.
Check-in time for our homes is 10:00 AM, and check-out is at 4:00 PM. On occasion, we’re able to accommodate an early check-in, depending on the day’s schedule. If that option becomes available, we’ll let you know via text message on the day of your arrival so you can settle in even sooner.
We make booking simple by accepting all major credit cards as well as Venmo. Whether you prefer the ease of paying with your card or the convenience of a quick transfer, we’ve got flexible options to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and straightforward. Guests who cancel more than 30 days before their arrival will receive a full refund of booking charges, minus a $90 cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund, also less the $90 fee. Unfortunately, reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
To book and stay at our homes, guests must be at least 21 years of age. This policy helps us ensure that our properties are respected and enjoyed responsibly, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
The only other charges are the required local and state tourist and sales taxes, which are automatically calculated at checkout and a cleaning fee. Along with your reservation, we require a signed rental agreement and a valid ID for verification. Guests must also provide either a $1,000 security hold or choose to purchase damage insurance, which fully protects your stay against accidental damages.
For your convenience and security, our homes are equipped with electronic locks—no physical keys required. Each guest receives a unique access code generated specifically for their stay, ensuring both ease of entry and added protection.
Each of our homes has an occupancy limit based on its size and layout, ensuring every guest has plenty of space to relax comfortably. We carefully curate our homes to perfectly accommodate the maximum number of occupants, so everyone can enjoy a well-balanced stay without feeling crowded.
