Whether it’s a beach day in St. Augustine, skiing in Maine, mountain adventures in Hunter, or a cozy creekside retreat in North Carolina, our homes are designed for families and groups to gather, relax, and make memories together.
And as for 2026—well, that chapter has yet to be written.
Finally, this year they found their fourth home in Hunter, New York—nestled in the heart of the Catskills, only two hours from New York City, but surrounded by peaks, rivers, and timeless mountain beauty.
Only a year later, they found themselves drawn to Maine’s Sunday River region, where they purchased their third vacation home—a warm and welcoming cabin, perfect for snowy ski trips, summer river days, and everything in between.
A year later, their love of hosting grew, and with it, the dream of welcoming even more families. That dream carried them to St. Augustine, Florida—a town woven into Lauren’s childhood memories, where her grandparents had retired in the 1990s.
Their journey began with Bear’s Creek Lodge in Beech Mtn, NC—a cozy second home that quickly blossomed into a full-time vacation rental shared with families from near and far.
