MINIMUM AGE
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking.
CHECKIN / CHECKOUT
4:00 PM / 10:00 AM
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early or late arrangements may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
BOOKING LEAD TIME
All reservations must be completed at least one day before your arrival date. Same-day bookings may be accepted at The Hunter Gatherer if completed before midnight on the arrival date.

50% DUE AT BOOKING
Your reservation is confirmed once this deposit is received. We accept all payment methods listed at checkout.
Payments
A straightforward two-part structure keeps your reservation confirmed and planning simple.
50% DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
The remaining balance is charged automatically 30 days prior to your arrival date - no action needed.
Reservations with unsuccessful payment may be automatically canceled. Guests may also be asked to sign a rental agreement based on their reservation details.
